Overview: This project was based off of one of my favorite movie characters, Effie Trinket. Effie Trinket, a vivid and eccentric character from "The Hunger Games" trilogy, is the quintessential Capitol representative. Her demeanor is flamboyant and she has an extravagant fashion sense. Effie serves as the escort for District 12 tributes. Her appearance is marked by colorful wigs, elaborate makeup, and outlandish outfits that mirror the Capitol's opulence. Effie's mannerisms are both endearing and unsettling, as she cheerfully embraces the brutality of the Hunger Games while maintaining a certain obliviousness to the grim reality of the games. Despite her initial superficiality, Effie's character undergoes subtle transformation, revealing moments of empathy and care as she wrestles with the ethical implications of the Capitol's oppressive regime.
